De drie aangekochte produkten waren niet ingepakt waardoor deze in een te grote kartonnen doos vrij konden bewegen. Het gevolg daarvan was dat één van de produkten redelijk zwaar beschadigd is. Voor dit beschadigd produkt heb ik zo snel als mogelijk contact opgenomen ondersteunend met diverse foto's. Nu maar wachten.
