Het product zelf is perfect. Echter de service van agradi laat veel te wensen over. Op jullie site geven jullie aan voor 21.00 besteld volgende dag verzonden. Dit is nu de 2de keer dit jaar dat ik bestel bij jullie waarbij ik de eerste keer weken! Heb moeten wachten en pas na telefonisch contact een update kreeg. Ook nu heb ik zelf contact op moeten nemen hierover en was mijn bestelling te laat binnen. Ik ben enorm teleurgesteld in jullie want ook enige compensatie of tegemoetkoming is er niet gekomen vanuit jullie.
