Bestellen op de website gaat gemakkelijk. Producten komen altijd goed verpakt aan. Mocht het nodig zijn dan is retourneren ook goed geregeld en wordt altijd goed afgehandeld. Evenals eventuele klachten over een product.
Het enige wat ik aan te merken heb is de levertijd. Vaak staat er voor 21.00uur besteld, dezelfde dag verzonden. Dit heb ik alleen nog niet meegemaakt. Ondanks dat is het dan wel vaak rond de 3 werkdagen binnen, maar dit mag of sneller, of niet beloven dat het dezelfde dag verzonden wordt.
