Agradi zelf is niet slecht, de bezorger (DPD) echter dramatisch! Voor de zoveelste keer ben ik erin getrapt: voor een bepaald tijdstip besteld, morgen in huis. Nou niet hoor! Ik wacht al 3 dagen en de track en trace code blijft aangeven dat "het pakket later vandaag wordt bezorgd". Tijd om over te stappen Agradi? En ontevreden klanten te compenseren?
