Ben zeer tevreden over de snelle levering en telefonische informatie die ik kreeg om een goede keuze te maken.
Ik had twee paar besteld en wilde daarvan één paar terug sturen.
Dat is een klein probleem met het retour label omdat ik geen printer heb.
Na telefonisch contact zou mij een retourformulier per post toegestuurd worden.
Maar nu bijna twee weken later heb ik dit nog niet ontvangen. Dit is vervelend omdat ik van Riverty een betaalverzoek krijg.
Andere paar al wel betaald en zeer tevreden..
