GUARANTEED DELIVERY - NOT!
Purchased a wardrobe 15 Sep 20 with GUARANTEED delivery for Christmas. Notified by text beginning of December that it would arrive 4 Jan 21. After 4 attempts to resolve the issue and after 3 promised return calls that didn’t happen, they offered me £50 as a GOOD WILL gesture, I was flabbergasted by the insult and refused the offer as I wanted my furniture as promised and contracted. Tried to blame COVID for late arrival however, a previous customer services rep told me it was due to arrive in UK 08 Dec. After wasting hours of my time the furniture arrived 4 Jan 21, 10 days after the GUARANTEED delivery date. On the plus side the gents that delivered and assembled the furniture were great, as is the furniture. Shocking customer services.
