Order sofa in may which suppose to receive by mid August. Then delivery delay till first week of October then November then December. Now received a call saying delivery is delay till January 22.
When I order sofa I read a negative reviews. I spoke to customer service they reassured me that it’s happen just because of pandemic now it’s clear there is no problem. Same thing happen with me. Causing me so much frustration.
NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Please look for some better shop.
