I was falsely sold a real leather sofa. It turned out to be a fake "bonded-leather", which started peeling with time. They charged an additional £50 delivery fee which wasn't disclosed on purchase.
I also fell for their "platinum insurance" scam, which was a third of the cost of the sofa itself. The worst part, when I needed to make a claim for pet damage (fully covered in the policy documents by the way), they refused my claim and it is impossible to contact them to dispute.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
