Ordered and dining table and sofa chair after 7 months of use we have found it was defective
Emailed proof and they agreed it was defective
Said they would send a replacement now I find out that their shipping company had stopped shipping to uk for foreseeable future and we are not allowed a refund or new table
We have been told to wait
No contact with managers I was told head office have only one and that one was in training.
So now I’m left with a defective table and a huge bill
