Pad ordered on 30 November 2020 and received in February.
On April 7th the L2 trigger stopped working so I asked the company to organize the collection to repair it under warranty (unlimited and free).
Parcel shipped to Poland on April 14 and (probably) lost in customs. I am still waiting for clarification.
In the meantime, I am starting the request for a full refund of the order placed.
First and last time I purchase an AIM product.
A company that is not serious and absolutely incompetent.
Stay away!
