Unbelievably bad customer care and FRUSTRATING experience. None of the account managers has yet to call me back despite my messaging via web chat everyday. All the advisors say is " I will email the department and wait 24 hours". Nothing happens, no one calls back. Over 5 emails were sent by the advisor to get the account manager to call. yet no one has called.
