We had approached Virgin Atlantic on 3 separate occasions to seek compensation for a delay of 3 hours in 2013 and were refused on every approach.
Once Air Delay took our case up they wrote to Virgin numerous times and eventually instructed solicitors to take Virgin to court. We now have a full settlement and everything was handled excellently by Air Delay.
