Excellent service from Air Delay, I couldnt get the airline to respond to any of my correspondence, so put in the hands of Air Delay, they put with their solicitors, and I was told would take about 6 weeks, and just after the 6 weeks I had an email to say the airline had paid the full compensation of €600 per person. I was not expecting that much - infact if the air;ine had offered us a £50 voucher at the outset we would have been happy, it certainly didnt pay them to ignore my letter.
