Air Delay website made our claim easy to submit.
Our claim was 5 years old so we anticipated problems trying to take on the airline ourselves.
Air delay pursued our claim via their solicitors and we were very pleased with the successful outcome which took approx. 6 weeks as we had been advised when we submitted the claim.
Would recommend them . Their charges are clearly stated up front so no nasty hidden 'add ons'
