We were not sure if we were entitled to any compensation but we contacted Air Delay and they handled everything after providing a few details from a 24 hr delay we had in 2011. It had taking a bit longer than we would have liked but all in all we were kept up to date every step of the process and received a satisfactory conclusion less commission expenses within 6 months of our initial contact.
