Re flight TCX 254: Having taken my complaint to both Thomas Cook Airlines and the CAA, both of whom rejected my claim, I had little hope of receiving any compensation, but decided to give Air Delay a try. The company kept me fully updated with the progress of my claim, and I was delighted to be told that I had received £374 compensation per passenger a few weeks later. Full marks to Air Delay for taking on my complaint and handling it quickly and efficiently. If only the same could be said for Thomas Cook and the CAA.
