After getting turned down by Thomas Cook after an 19 hour delay and vein told it was outwit their control and entitled to nothing. Sent one email to so delay and they fought our case for us. they kept us informed o what was happening and 3 months later won our case and has the money into our account in 6 days. Yes they take a quarter but they have the resources and knowledge that I didn't so to me was with it as I'm still £885 pounds better off.
