They were very fast and efficient—I received the refund in maybe less than one months after requesting it. My mistake was that I didn't verified properly the conditions before sending the request. I was sure that I deal with Austrian airline via a third part... I checked the account on their website and I saw that from 600 euro I'll have 480 euro... I said ok , but the invoice was 420 euro because de comision was 30%. I contact them immediately but... no succes the commission is 30%...Later I received an email from them , after they paid me the 420 euro, that the 480 euro were deposit on my account... here no comment. Overall, I'm happy. Thanks!
