There are 5 radiators in the house. Two upstairs were leaking. Aireserv said they need to be replaced. After they were replaced, the two good radiators downstairs stop working. They said it would take 24 hours for the system to run through. If they didn't work, they would take care of it. So i paid £442.65 for the job. After 24 hours, the two downstairs were still cold. I text and called Aireserv but no reply, no answer. The cell went to 'the number you call is not available'. The landline was never answered. This avoiding remain till I text said I would report to police and trading stander the other day. Finally got call from them and told me there’s air in the pipes and probably blockage and the pump was too old... the 5 radiators were all warm and working completely fine before their job. Only after they did the job, the pump became too old in a sudden, and there's air and blockage incur? I spent £442.65 to fix two leaking radiators and end up with two cold radiators.
