I've used Airfordable for two trips. One to the UK and the other a domestic work trip, both times were easy and a great experience. The customer service was very responsive when I had a question, and I spent less on my domestic flight than my coworkers by about $30 even with the service fee.
My only recommendation is to read the rules and follow the directions before buying.
