We have previously used this service many times before, however on the the last two occasions we have had to wait over an hour for a bus to take us back to the carpark. This is totally unacceptable. When I called them from the airport, after waiting ages asking why no buses were Turing up I was told it be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later it arrived by that time everyone in the queue were pretty annoyed! The extended carpark is poorly illuminated making hard to locate your car in the pitch black. What made it worse was to see all the buses parked up in the carpark not being used. Airparks you need to get your act together as your services have completely failed compared to how they used to be. It’s not fare to expect customers have to wait this long for a transfer it’s ridiculous
