Excellent price, close to Birmingham Airport. The thing that stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. From insisting on loading suitcases on the bus, directing fellow passengers on where to park at the airport for pick ups, to taking us in the bus to the closet point to our car. To cap it all they jumped started my car twice which involved lugging a heavy professional starter from the office to my car. All done with a smile
