States on the website park buses run every 20 minutes. So after waiting 35 minutes at Luton airport (green F) zone, we called and were informed buses run every 30 minutes!! We arrived with another couple at 10.55am. The bus was there but NOT in the bus stop. We were informed that the buses in fact run every 30
Minutes (next bus 11.30) which did indeed arrive! Misleading information. Would not use again! Don't deliver what they advertise will report to trading standards for incorrect advertising.
