The instructions as to where the meet and greet drop off area is where incorrect, and as it was Luton Airport, we kept having to drive round the one way system.
We ended up going to the meet and greet signed barrier and pressing the the intercom to speak to someone, who advised us where to go.
We called once we had our luggage, as advised, but still waited 8-10 minutes for our car.
I would not recommend or use this service again.
