We used the 'meet and greet' service at Birmingham. Drop off was quick and simple. However, something went wrong when we picked the car up and we ended up waiting nearly 40 mins after our initial call for the car to be brought to us. That said said the guy who was dealing with us was great, very apologetic and ended up going to get the car himself.
Will definitely give them the benefit of the doubt as they came highly recommended by family members, and we all know that bad days happen!
Booking a flight to Paris in July so will try them again then!
