I arrived at Leeds / Bradford Airport in the early morning of a very wet day. I could find no sign or indication of where the Parking area was - neither had I been given a postcode or clear indication of where to find the drop off point. I enquired from a Airport bus driver and he told me to park in the near by long stay car park and that my credit card would give me access. I did so. On returning I again placed my credit card in the slot on the way our and another £72.50 (including a processing fee) was deducted from my account. I failed to find a telephone number on which to ring asking for a refund. With hindsight I obviously did not use the Airparks service for which I had already pre-paid. I am an elderly person and I was hoping that your company might consider making a refund. I found the lack of clarity about where to bring my car on a wet morning very distressing. I would welcome some feedback from Airparks.
