Even though I pre paid online when I entered the ticket to leave it asked me to pay. When I called through using the help button the customer service rep wanted all my details, this happened with an ever growing queue formed behind me. as I didn't expect to be asked for all my booking details I didn't have them to hand.
When you pre-pay you expect to be able to leave the car park without needing to call someone to give your details. Bad service, I'll get a taxi to the airport next time.
