On arriving at airport car registration not recognised,a workman said we had to press for ticket (although it stated not to press for ticket if pre booked) the barrier opened and let us through. On arriving back at airport 11th Sept 1.15am( flight delay ) the barrier still wouldn't let us through, we inserted the ticket and was asked to pay £ 65.50p,we were going to pay this because we were holding up the queue of traffic building up behind us, a member of staff then spoke through the intercom and asked what was wrong, we explained what had happened i.e. we had pre-booked, he then asked for our booking ref no and surname and confirmed that we had pre-booked then let us through. I have to say there have been easier ways to park at the airport as we have had no problems in the past.
