Parked at Carpark 3, arriving approx.5pm and returning 9.30pm in February. No shuttle available, although adevertised.Got very wet.Gated barrier didn't recognis e pre-booked payment,.Trie d to charge me extra £45. Contacted somone through speaker, and wa s waived, but caused delay behind me.
