Taxi was 1/2 hour late. The excuse was “he thought it was 10am”, but we booked (and had confirmation) it was 9.30am. Head office took £15 off the bill and was efficient, although wanted to call the driver “to confirm what I’d said”, which was unpleasant. Car arrived and was a Tiguan even though we asked for an estate, to take 4 people, 6 cases and hand luggage! He squeezed most into the back, which took more time, and us in the back had to have all hand luggage on our laps. He looked put out when we refused to give the whole amount. So 2 stars for the head office, trying to sort it (took 2 calls and some stern words though for the discount!) - not a relaxed way to start an extended holiday/wedding!
