Hello, I received my transfer from airport to hotel in NYC here, I had issue with my plane, I arrived few hours later than excepted. I asked to change the time as it's airline fault, but they didn't want at all!!!! It's only few hours and they don't want. They told me that it's a "no show" and they can't even refund.
Don't go with this company, they don't understand that plane can be late!!!!
