Terrible service. Taxi didn't turn up. No help from customer services. Spoke to them 20 min before taxi was due to check it was still coming . Was finally told 50 minutes later to proceed with another transport . So now rushing around trying to find another taxi and having to pay a lot more than normal. Would not recommend this service
