Purchased two units for larger assembly rooms. The first unit failed, the control screen, within 3-4 days. The second unit had the same failure but reset after multiple tries. Tried to contact the company by email and Phone. The email was never returned. After a week of waiting, a second phone call was made and finally answered. I was told that the problem needed to be addressed by a technician and that they would call back. After several more days passed, another phone call was made and finally had someone send a replacement unit. The new unit had a different electrical cord than the first. The second unit was not shipped with a cord at all. Bulbs were shipped in the new unit without any protection. Two were broken and required the complete cleaning of the inside of the unit before placing it in service. Units were advertised to be WIFI capable. Neither unit will connect via the supplied website connection. The message is that these units are not wifi compatible. More unreturned phone calls and no resolution. I will continue to use these units, as-is until they fail then will replace them with higher standard units.
