We hired Airsorted to manage a booking we already had. We came home to a dirty house with belongings missing. They excepted responsibility and paid for the stolen goods. But charged us £110 for a clean that wasn’t completed during the robbery by their staff. They refused to refund te cleaning fee. They also refused to return our initial deposit when after this occurrence we asked to terminate with them. They claimed we had not competed enough rental days for them to return our deposit.
