I was browsing the website and to my surprise a claim was created despite not completing it. I checked their terms and cancelled the claim within a few hours. I got suspicious that I received no confirmation so I called them to cancel it. Again received no confirmation, but after the 2nd call I got the written confirmation. A few days later they still proceeded to go ahead with the claim on the airline! All within 14 days cooling period.
If the claim is not fully stopped, I may have to take legal action.
