So TI11 will be held offline this year in Singapore and I needed an airplane ticket from Indonesia to Singapore before the final days of TI. Apparently I was a little sleepy while booking a ticket then and booked the wrong date, hence I contacted their Customer Service to see if they can change it or not. I was not disappointed with their service, they're humble, helpful, and I could say it was one of the fastest support services that I ever had when booking an online ticket. The only thing that makes me rate airtrvl 4 out of 5 is because they're a little bit more expensive than some of the travel agencies in my city. In my case, I was booking a garuda airplane ticket and found out that it was 10$ cheaper to buy on my local travel agencies.
