I ordered 5 items 17th August 2020, I needed to return 3 items that were below standard expected/misrepresented regards materials, the company have put every obstacle in the way of me receiving a refund after repeated letters, form filling, attaching proof of posting etc etc, obviously hoping I would go away and not keep pursuing my legitimate refund. I do not rate this company at all, read other dissatisfied reviewers of which there are many. The company are in breach of advertising standards. I will not buy on line ever again from a Chinese owned organisation, abysmal non-existent customer service, extremely dissatisfied. No refund received, it is now 4 months after initial request.
