I purchased boots from this company through Debenhams. I tried the boots on in my kitchen and walked the lenght of the kitchen. As the boots didn't appear great quality, I put them straight back in the box and returned them to the company a few days later. The company sent them back saying they'd been worn and shown sufficient wear that they couldn't be resold and therefore they wouldn't provide a refunded. This is in spite of photos that show they weren't and that the stickers on the end of the boots are still there and fully intact. A total waste of money as the boots are such poor quality that wearing them in my kitchen to try them out qualifies them as used and unsuitable to be returned. This just proves the poor quality of these boots. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Tried to upload photos as proof but it won’t upload them
