I only received my order today so haven’t opened it yet. It’s a gift for a grandchild so I can’t rate the gaming chair. However, I can rate the service I received which was fantastic. I emailed the company worried that my order would not arrive in time as I’m in regional far north Qld. Chiara responded and went out of her way to make sure that it was dispatched ASAP and kept in touch with updates. I received it in plenty of time and she deserves a big thank you from me and a pat on the back from her employer. They’re lucky to have someone with such amazing service skills. Thanks Chiara!!
