It's my third chair in 9 years - my son still uses my first one even though it's falling apart. they're pretty industructable if you're not silly. Customer service also really looked after me with my second chair sending a replacement hydralic plate making my chair last another year - and due to some metal flex (made the backrest droop) it's now my painting stool while I airbrush my miniatures.
I don't even consider other companies anymore when we need another chair.
