The quality of their products are excellent and I was initially drawn to them because of their values - ethically sourcing ingredients and adhering to Fairtrade guidelines. Their customer service is what has made me return to them, they addressed my queries promptly and courteously in addition to providing excellent products. I highly recommend and I will definitely continue to use them.
