Akoma skincare is not the issue with my last order. The delivery company is where the problem started. DPD did not keep its promise on two occasions. Causing me to book time off work twice and DPD did not deliver either time. It is not easy for me to take time off. When I phoned to complain I got no resolution. The company refused to take responsibility for the lack of communication. Due to the poor service of DPD, I will have to reconsider ordering from Akoma and any other company that relies on DPD for delivering their goods.
