If I could give this company a 0 stars I would to say the least. If you’re not from the UK please refrain from purchasing anything from @Akoma Skincare! I accidentally made a purchase on July 4th of their Shea Nilotica Butter for approximately $11.16 not realizing the shipping cost would be $37…so I immediately reach out in the chat on their website to cancel my order before they began to processing anything but I had no luck! 1st response was we typically reply within 4hrs, then we typically reply before close of business….on the 5th I email their support team to cancel my order to which they didn’t…they then emailed be back on the 9th saying they couldn’t find my order # in the system so I then provided it to them but my order still wasn’t cancel after that. To put the ice on the cake today I got a Duty and Tax Invoice in the mail for $41.88…plus given that they didn’t cancel my order I didn’t receive my package until the 27th of July
