What a coincidence that, according to tracking, the item finally departed your shipping facility later that day at 5:46 pm. Look, I can understand small business, busy time of year, shipping mistakes. I can’t understand why you’d lie to a customer. Will I order from you again? Absolutely. Do my girls love the Bible study, and the wisdom and women pairing books? Most definitely! But all of that is diminished by seeing a video you posted to IG on the 27th about how you expedited a package for Christmas delivery for another customer, but I just got lied to.
