I accidentally ordered this but it was the wrong product. A few hours later, “Kim” at Alabaster responded and told me that I couldn’t cancel even though the order had not shipped. I would just have to accept it and return it later. I have been trying to return it but now they are not responding. I’m wondering how honest this Christian education company is?
