Rented a vehicle in La Paz Baja California Sur in Mexico with the additional 24/7 roadside assistance. Got a nail in our tire and called around 7:45 pm just after we realized the tire pressure was low. We we told the only thing we can do was put the spare on ourselves and wait until 7 am the next day, and we would have to drive to the nearest almo office which is 20 minutes away from were we are staying. I was extremely disappointed with the customer experience received and the false information we were provided. DO NOT RENT WITH ALMO roadside assistance is not provided 24/7 as advertised
