Not a good experience,
Poor communication from start to finish.
Pre purchase - zero response to my questions! - Might be something to take more seriously?
Pre-order of Vertix - I had to regularly chase for updates and I think if I hadn't chased I would not have been informed that there was a further month+ delay on the watch (the delay isnt NRGs fault but the poor communication is) - You need to work on this as an online company, its the main way to foster trust with your customers.
Also expect the payment to be made to Yorkshire Lavendar - a little worrying in the current day and age that the payment goes to a different business - its worth letting your customers know prior to paying that this will be the case.
Refund - Asked for refund on the 28th Jun, it wasn't processed until the 1st July and now thanks to Paypal I am still waiting for my money thats almost 2 weeks.
Stressful and disappointing experience from start to finish - all I want is a GPS watch to replace my previous one that failed, I wanted to give Coros a try as they look promising but have been put off by NRG - its a shame they are the only UK supplier!
