I bought the Coros Apex watch as a bday present for myself. DHL sent the tracking email and then there was confusion on DHL website with the order, so I emailed NRG and after initial panic, they responded back to me a couple of hrs later confirming that I will be receiving my order the 7th. We exchanged a few emails and can confirm that I received my order today. I cannot fault NRG with bad communication, as they made sure everything was okay and that I do not have to worry.
