I'm picky. I expect excellence in product as well as customer service. I do my research. No one is paying me or coercing me into this review. Alco Custom Covers delivered an excellent cover for our upright freezer that we keep outside. We received a heavy duty, high quality & perfect fit cover that arrived exactly as ordered. Even called customer service after a few weeks to see if we could change the shipping address or were we too late. It arrived at our new residence no problem. The only issue is we are idiots. Didn't think ahead that our freezer opens left to right so why didn't we ask them to put the zipper on the left side with another along the top & bottom so we could open the door? We just ordered the basic zipper down the middle. Also, should've left a cutout in the back & along the front bottom for ventilation. Ended up using binder clips to allow air flow these. We really didn't think through this before ordering. Absolutely no fault of Alco Custom Covers. They couldn't know. Just want others to think ahead of these things before placing order. Who knows, maybe someday we will reorder after COVID is gone & our business recovers.
