Alco was able to help me with a custom cover for my outdoor kitchen grill and counter. They shipped me a cover but two of the sides came out short. I contacted them and explained the issue by sending them pictures of the error. They immediately responded and quickly shipped a replacement with the correct dimensions. Excellent customer service and product! Highly recommended, especially if you need a custom cover.
